The Extron YCS SW6 MX is a six input, two output switcher that encodes S-video luminance (Y) and chrominance (C) into composite video and decodes composite video into Y/C (S-video). All six inputs are compatible with composite video, while the first four inputs also accept S-video.
Ideal for videoconferencing and videorecording applications, the YCS SW6 MX provides simultaneous output on composite video and S-video outputs from any input. The YCS SW6 MX uses advanced decoder technology with a three-line adaptive comb filter, which virtually eliminates chroma noise.
